This is a message from Principal Jason Owens. For the safety of our children at Rock Hill Middle School, we ask that parent drivers, who have been using the bus lanes as a student drop off area at the front of the school building, to be sure to use the sanctioned drop off area behind the school. I have asked the head of Rock Hill security to begin writing down license plate numbers of those who are dropping students off while in the bus lane. This is to provide safety as our buses drop off our children each morning. I want to express my appreciation to those who are following correct and safe drop-off procedures. The health and safety of our children is the utmost importance.
