Rock Hill Middle School will have a Halloween dress up day tomorrow during school hours. Masks are allowed but may be asked to be removed during classes or any time deemed necessary by staff. Students are not permitted to bring any prop that resembles a weapon or something perceived as a lookalike weapon. Please be mindful of this as school safety is top priority. Thank you.
Rock Hill Middle School would like to remind guardians and students that we will have a meet and greet at the middle school from 5:30pm to 6:30pm today, October 21, 2025, for those students in grades 6 through 8 interested in club archery. Registration forms will be available for those middle school students who want to join the program. We hope to see you here, as this program is a first for Rock Hill.
The Rock Hill Elementary P T O would like to remind everyone the Butter Braid Pastry Pick-Up will be ready for pick-up tomorrow Friday, October 17th from 2:00 to 5:00 PM. It will be around the back of the Elementary building, on the right side of the "big" playground.
These delicious pastries need to be placed in the freezer within 3 hours of delivery, so please make sure to pick up promptly to keep them fresh and tasty.

This is just a reminder that the Rock Hill Middle School Traveling Trophy Game against Coal Grove at Lemaster Stadium will be today, October 16th, at 6:30pm. The winner of the game claims the traveling trophy and concludes with an undefeated season. We hope to see you there.
Due to Coal Grove's 8th Grade Night, the middle school football game this Thursday, October 16th, will begin at 6:30pm.
Rock Hill Elementary PTO will have their annual Halloween Costume contest on Tuesday, October 14th at the Elementary. Students will be able to visit each wing of the building, in costume, and receive candy beginning at 6:00 pm. The PTO meeting will begin at 7:00 pm and judging of costumes will take place during the meeting, with prizes awarded after the meeting.

Due to officials not being available, South Point Middle School has cancelled the Rock Hill Middle School soccer match that was to be held this evening, October 7th, at South Point.
Rock Hill Middle School would like to remind everyone that the middle school football game against Fairland tomorrow, October 2nd, will begin at 7:00pm at the stadium due to a high school soccer match being played beforehand. Thank you.

South Point Middle School postponed the middle school soccer match at South Point this evening due to the possibility of storms.
Due to a scheduling conflict, September 26th picture day at Rock Hill Middle School will be rescheduled to another day. The new date is currently pending. A new notification will be sent when there is confirmation. Thank you for understanding.

The middle school soccer match against Portsmouth tomorrow has been cancelled due to Portsmouth being unable to field a soccer team. Also, the Rock Hill Middle School and Portsmouth Middle School volleyball game's venue has been switched to the Rock Hill Middle School gym tomorrow.

Students, wear your best Hawaiian shirts, leis, and island gear tomorrow at school, and bring that same energy to our pep assembly in the afternoon. Then, keep the fun going by joining us tomorrow evening at the game in the student section, decked out in Hawaiian spirit, as we cheer on our Junior Redmen in their home opener.
