The Rock Hill Local School District will operate on a 2 hour delay schedule tomorrow morning 12/17/19 due to safety precautions in regard to flooding throughout the school district. Further assessment of the flooding situation will occur tomorrow morning to help ensure the safety of everyone. Please be safe.
The Rock Hill Local School District Board of Education will hold its regular monthly meeting Thursday December 19, 2019 @ the board of education offices @ 6:30 p.m.
After-School weightlifting for MS football next season will begin this Thursday and Friday at the high school from 3:10-4:15.
RH Elementary PTO will have their December meeting this evening, December 10th, beginning at 7:00 at the Elementary. Come join Santa for some cookies and milk, and enjoy some Christmas carols from our 5th grade students!
There will be a meeting for students interested in playing softball at the middle school level tomorrow at 2:00 PM.
The middle school is doing its yearly pie in the face fundraiser. The employee that raises the most funds will get a pie to the face. We will also be doing our beachball volleyball tournament the day before Christmas Break. Entry fee per person is 2 dollars. 7 players to a team.

The Skool Aid wheelchair tournament will be held at the high school tomorrow 11-21-19 from 3-5 p.m. This is a disability awareness program. Admission is free. Please come out and support this great cause!
Rock Hill Middle School will be having its turkey dinner this Friday. The meal is no cost to middle school students. Staff may sign up for a meal in the office and pay a $3.75 fee.

Media Day for middle school winter athletics will be Nov. 20th at 2:00 in the gym.Girls' pictures will be from 2-2:15, boys and girls will have a group photo from 2:15-2:30, and boys pictures will follow. These times are subject to change due to time taken to finish each session.

Rock Hill High School is conducting a blanket drive for the homeless and less fortunate. We are collecting blankets, gloves, and toboggans from now until Thanksgiving Break. Blankets can be new or used and in good condition. All donations will be used for families in our district first and then in the county. Please help us “Give the Gift of Warmth this Holiday Season”
