The Lawrence County Health Department will be at Rock Hill Elementary on Monday, December 6th from 5:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. The clinic will be for anyone age 5 and older who needs their 1st, 2nd or booster shot,
Rock Hill Elementary Christmas Programs will be open to the public! All spectators must wear a mask to the programs. Programs will be on the following dates and times:
Monday, December 13th- 10:00, Preschool and 2nd Grade
Monday, December 13th- 1:30, 4th Grade and 3rd Grade
Tuesday, December 14th- 10:00, Kindergarten and 5th Grade

The Lawrence county health department will be at the elementary on Monday November 15th from 5:30-7:30 to administer Covid vaccinations for children age 5-11. Parent must be present for administration of the vaccine. Please complete the vaccination form and bring a copy of your insurance card. If you have any questions, please contact one of the school nurses.
We wanted to remind everyone that our Veterans Day assembly will be Nov. 11th. Due to COVID-19 precautions, the assembly will take place with students, staff, and speakers only. It will be closed to the general public. RHMS would like to thank our veterans for their service!
Elementary Picture Retakes will be on Monday, November 15, 2021 for any student in Grades K-5 and Pre-School students that attend on Monday and Tuesday. If you wish to have pictures retaken, please send in the original pictures on that day. if you child was absent on picture day, they can have pictures taken on this day.
Picture retakes for Pre-School that attend on Wednesday and Thursday will be on Thursday, November 18, 2021.
If your child will be getting pictures on either of these days, please have them pick up an order form in the front office or contact the school to let them know that you need a picture order form.
The High School will be holding a FAFSA Informational night to help Seniors and Guardians fill out the FAFSA. The meeting will be on November 8th at 6pm at the High School.

The Rock Hill Youth Recreation League will be holding sign ups and fittings on the following days:
Today October 29th from 5:00 to 7:00
Saturday October 30th from 9:00 to 12:00
Sunday October 31st from 2:00 to 4:00
and Monday November 1st from 5:00 to 7:00
These are the only remaining sign ups. fittings are not required however, if you choose a size and it doesn't fit we are not responsible!
Sign ups will be held at the Football practice field concession stand.
Football equipment return will be at these times also.
The following is important information for all RHHS students and families: We will not be offering the after school extended learning program tomorrow or this coming Monday, November 1st. We will also be dismissing early on Monday, at 12:30. Parent teacher conferences will be held that same evening from 3:00-8:30. These conferences will be virtual. Please schedule conferences by phone or zoom with individual teachers. If you need help in scheduling, feel free to contact the main office at 740-532-7012.

Rock Hill Middle School will not have its extended learning program tomorrow, October 28th, or this upcoming Monday, November 1st. Parent teacher conferences will be this Monday, November 1st, through virtual contact or telephone communication. Teachers will eat their dinner during parent teacher conferences from 4:30 to 5:00.
The Rock Hill Youth Recreation league will be holding basketball sign-ups Friday October 29th from 5 to 7 P.M. Signups will be held at youth practice field concession stand. This will also be our football equipment returns. Game pants (PLEASE WASH FIRST), helmets and shoulder pads need returned from all levels.

The Elementary After School Program will operate on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of this week. There will be no After School Program on Thursday due to county wide Trick or Treat.
In addition, the After School Program will not be operating on Monday, November 1st due to Parent Teacher Conferences or Tuesday, November 2nd due to school closure for Election Day. The program will be running on Wednesday, November 3rd and Thursday, November 4th.
The Lawrence County Health Department will be at the Rock Hill High School football game Friday night, October twenty-second at six pm. They will have their Ohio Department of Health mobile unit at the entrance of the football stadium. They will have COVID nineteen vaccines for anyone age twelve and up as well as boosters for the Pfizer vaccine. Pfizer is the only vaccine that will have a booster available at this time. The vaccines will be free but please, bring your insurance card. Also, bring your vaccination card if this will be your second dose or booster dose of the vaccine.
Just a reminder for youth soccer. Wednesday from 5:30 to 6:30 will be our last practice, also raffle tickets are due at this time.
Sunday will be our last games:
1st and 2nd grade and 3rd and 4th grade will play at 2:00 p.m. with raffle drawing following and 5th and 6th grade starting right after the drawing.
We have a small surprise for the athletes following the game.
