Rock Hill Local School District

Rock Hill Local Schools will be conducting a safety drill procedure mandated by the State of Ohio on Monday, September 16 around noon to simulate a gas leak situation. It will involve the fire department, police, gas company and other agencies. The MS students will be evacuated to the HS where they are already scheduled to participate in an assembly with the HS students during that time. Elementary school students will not be involved in the drill. We are notifying you now so that you won’t be alarmed at the time of the safety drill. We want to reiterate that this is just a drill mandated by the State of Ohio for school districts to test our capacity to deal with a real situation if it may ever occur. Have a great day!
